That, WAS my truth, until I discovered this life altering process. A process of:

  1. Observing my ways of thinking,
  2. Sorting out what wasn’t working,
  3. Rewriting my thought patterns, and finally
  4. Removing those “ways of being” from my life.

Sounds too good to be true? I felt the same way until my life made a complete shift and I had what I call a complete transformation after doing this work.

You see, 85-90% of what we do each day we do unconsciously, so we are unaware of the impact our patterns and “ways of showing up” are affecting our success. The good news is that with this process, you will be able to uncover your unconscious patterns once and for all. Sounds cool right?! Once we become conscious of what we are thinking and doing, we are able to change and delete the patterns that are holding us back. While we have this awareness, we also get to see the positively awesome things we do unconsciously too! These “ways of being” are how we use our gifts and talents that we may not even be aware we have. Once these are discovered, we have more clarity and can focus more of our energy on our natural abilities. Once we have acknowledged our gifts, we can work on expanding them and living more in alignment with who we truly are.

I call this “Living your TRUTH.” We are all gifted but many times our subconscious minds keep us focused on the negative. We are each here with a purpose, and every  one of us has so much to offer this planet. But, until we are able to see that what we are doing is holding us back, we struggle to see the gifts and move past this state of frustration, disappointment and overwhelm with ourselves.

So, here is the solution I want to share with you.

I know this program works. I cleaned out 90 percent of my limiting ways of showing up and discovered my gifts as a teacher, speaker and coach and it all happened over the course of a few months. Once I got the hang of it, I started loving the process of uncovering my thought patterns because I knew I was making permanent changes, and for the first time in my adult life, I had a sense of hope. In this process, you will be learning about your subconscious mind and you will learn why you have not been able to keep your commitments to yourself and others, even though you have had the best intentions. The good news is that you are going to learn how to change your way of being and define a new reality for yourself. Once your subconscious mind becomes aware of these self-defeating patterns such as procrastination, playing small, blaming others, self-criticism and so much more, you will be able to create permanent change in the areas that are most important to you. To give you an example, I had about 40 patterns of behavior (most I didn’t want to claim) that I discovered about how I was showing up in life when I began. After doing this process for 2 months I was down to only about 10. After 6 months of paying attention to my thoughts, I only had 4 or so that were still showing up. BAAAMMMM!

The cool thing is this. We will do this together to help you stay on track but you will be able to continue this work on yourself from here on out and when and if you find yourself going back to your old ways, you just pick back up, start observing yourself and you will get yourself right back on track.

Now, I’m not going to tell you this will be easy because it is not, especially in the first week or two as you start to see things you may not like. But, I promise if you stick with it, the payoff will be amazing because after seeing yourself doing this self-defeating stuff, you will stop doing it all together.

During this time together, you will be keeping a journal on the beliefs, thoughts and patterns of behavior that you notice which will become obvious overnight. It’s simple and it’s fun. I find keeping a note on your phone is the easiest but paper and pen will work too.  Each week you will print it out and notice patterns that pop up frequently while answering a few short questions to anchor your findings and your progress. Once you do this, it’s like Christmas – what you have always wanted to unwrap (about why you do what you do) will be available to many of you for the first time in your life!

So who am I?

I am Kristin Tatman, a self-help junkie and I love this stuff. But, that wasn’t always the case. I used to be a whirling dervish, overwhelmed, lost, unhappy, frustrated and ready to give up on finding any sense of inner peace. I had been to seminars, therapists and others but had little to no success in getting to the core of what was truly holding me back.
