Thought Pattern Perfecting Course
This is a live online course that takes place on Zoom as well as an online course you can do by yourself and at your own pace.
In the live class, I teach three 1 hour trainings on the process of how to study your beliefs, thoughts and limiting patterns of behavior. In these sessions, we are in community asking questions and learning from each other too. It is in the connection with others that we find what so many of us are looking for. A like minded group of people all ready to shift how they are showing up for themselves, their relationships and their lives. During this time together we will be addressing concerns and encouraging you with the process and tools to help you along the way.
For those of you who want to do this class on your own, you can enroll in the class and take it at your own pace. The course consists of 3 hours of content split up in small time frames to make it easy for you to start and stop at your convenience. In addition, there is lots of bonus content too on such things like procrastination, imposter syndrome and more if you want to go deeper into the work.
Private 1:1 Coaching
Private coaching sessions are provided to people in a safe and personalized environment to share their deepest concerns, work through their struggles, and receive one-on-one guidance and support for getting their life back on track.
I provide a complimentary 30 minute session for those considering entering into the coaching process with me. During this session, I want to hear about your challenges and needs as well as any questions or concerns you may have about the coaching process. This will be an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if coaching is the appropriate next step for you.
